Refund Policy
Please e-mail us at info@luxuryfreestandingtubs.com so we can send you a return authorization number before the 30 days expire. Once you obtain the number and the shipping address please be sure that RA# is noted on the outside package, on the attention line of the shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process the refund in the next 7 business days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will apply. For all EAGO orders a 25% restocking fee applies once they ship out, even if the shipment is not accepted by the end customer. We advise shipping your item by insured, traceable methods offered by freight shipping company.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately! We will arrange to have the items returned to us and quickly replaced. Luxury Freestanding Tubs is not responsible for damage to shipments that are signed clear by the end customer. By accepting a damaged shipment you are releasing luxuryfreestandingtubs.com of any financial responsibility. Always inspect your shipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign it. You have the right to refuse delivery on damaged items.

- Truck freight deliveries to some regions of Washington, New York, Virginia, North-South Dakota, Montana, Connecticut, Oregon, Idaho & California or rural locations are considered high-cost delivery areas by freight carriers and in some very rare cases you may be contacted regarding a freight surcharge.
