- The competitor must be an online store with no retail location, and may not be a discounter, marketplace, or auction site (for example, Overstock or eBay).
- The guarantee does not apply to items priced at or below the manufacturer's cost or minimum advertised price.
- The guarantee covers the product price and shipping charges; it does not cover differences in tax.
- The $100 thank-you is provided as a coupon redeemable on any order over $1,200.
